We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content on the Framebench website and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission.

We may transfer information about you if Framebench is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Framebench will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Information Gathering and Usage

When you register for Framebench we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address and credit card information. Members who sign up for the free account are not required entering a credit card.

Framebench uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research.

Please keep in mind that if you disclose personally identifiable information in a public manner through the Services whether through collaborative postings, message boards or other public on-line forums, this information may be collected and used by others accessing those portions of the Services. Framebench does not monitor or collect information you disclose inside online public forums nor does it accept any liability associated with your voluntary disclosure of same.

You are responsible for reviewing the privacy statements and policies of other websites you choose to link to or from Framebench, so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and store your information. Framebench is not responsible for the privacy statements, policies or content of other websites, including websites you link to or from our co-branded sites. Websites containing co-branding (referencing our name and a third party’s name) contain content delivered by the third party and not Framebench.

Data Storage

Framebench uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Framebench. Although Framebench owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Framebench application, you retain all rights to your data.

Disclosure

Framebench may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Changes

Framebench may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Framebench primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
